Email our support team
Send a deletion request to support@lockin.tech from the email address linked to your account.
Include your account details
Add your account username or email address so we can locate your account. We may need to verify your identity before proceeding.
We respond within 90 days
In most cases we'll action your request much sooner — but under UK and Gibraltar GDPR we are required to respond within 90 days at the latest.
Your data is permanently removed
Once your account is deleted, all your data — including study progress, notes and preferences — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.
